Ordering: 

The price of Goods shall be that stipulated on the website. All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclude delivery charges. Full payment must be received before Goods can be dispatched.

Where stock is not available, a full refund will be issued. This can take between 2-7 working days

Returns:

We accept exchanges and offer credit notes.

Any sale items unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged.

To send an item back for an exchange or credit note please contact us via email, dm on any of our social media platforms and we can talk you through the process.

The returns address is not the same as our shop address so please do not send back to the shop. Thank you.

If you need to exchange an item, unfortunately as we are a small business we do not offer free exchanges so you will have to cover the postage costs.

Delivery:

Orders within the UK will normally be delivered within 3 to 5 working days via the courier you choose at check out. We post Monday to Friday so please be aware when placing orders on the weekends that your parcel will not be posted until the Monday.

Delivery of the Goods will be made to the Buyer’s address as specified in the order. The Buyer should make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods.
Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout by your location.

All of our items are posted via Royal Mail / Evri. In the unlikely event that your items are lost/damaged/delayed, we will submit a claim to the courier that was chosen to delivery your items. Majority of the courier services only compensate upto £20. This is the limit of compensation you may receive upon a successful claim. If you are ordering and your order is in excess of £20 then please do get in touch so that we can discuss alternative shipping methods with the sufficient compensation level to cover your order.

Once the goods are posted, we as a company are no longer responsible for your goods. In the unlikely event, that they get lost, signed for, and you do not recieve. We will provide you with all tracking details, and it will be down to you as a customer to take up with courier company.

We are not responsible for any goods going missing once sent.
